Who is next?

A dark room, two chairs on one side, with blank paper signs, to discourage sitting down. Above the chairs a light. Opposite the chairs, attached high on the wall is a raised wall section. An electrical line can be seen running within the unfinished cement wall. In the center of the wall a white frame is lit within. A picture of a president, a dictator, or someone important might have been (or will be) there. At the bottom of the wall section, the top of a door frame is visible, the wood is unfinished.

It's a waiting room, possibly for that important person with the missing portrait on the wall. The title refers to the last two "Presidents" of Tunisia.
